RETURNS POLICY

Unsuitable items:

If your item is unsuitable, please email sales@tedthetailor.co.uk to inform us before returning the item within 14 days, together with all its original packaging (SEE DELIVERY NOTE), for a full goods refund. We will not refund the carriage charge in this instance.

Delivery note information:

VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE OPENING 

We hope you’re highly delighted with your purchase but request you unpack carefully, retaining all the original packaging in good order, in case of unsuitability. To maintain the integrity of our products we must insist that NO LABELS ARE REMOVED until completely satisfied as refunds on the grounds of unsuitability will not be considered in this case.
 
Faulty/Defective items:
You have the right to return a faulty or defective item within a reasonable length of time for a full refund including your carriage costs. Before returning, please email sales@tedthetailor.co.uk detailing your complaint and whether you’d prefer a replacement (if available) or a refund. On receipt of the returned item we will replace (if available) or issue a full refund, as requested, reimbursing your reasonable return carriage costs in either instance.
 
Incorrect items:
In the unlikely event we dispatch the wrong item, please email sales@tedthetailor.co.uk to report the error stating whether you require a replacement (if available) or full refund. On receipt of the returned item we will replace (if available) or issue a full refund, as requested, reimbursing your reasonable return carriage costs in either instance.
 
Items damaged in transit:
Should you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please email sales@tedthetailor.co.uk to report the problem and return the goods (together with the original outer packaging) within 30 days stating whether you require a replacement (if available) or full refund. On receipt of the returned item we will replace (if available) or issue a full refund, as requested, reimbursing your reasonable return carriage costs in either instance.
 
Your responsibility when returning items:
Until we receive the returned item/items you are responsible for its/their safe keeping. We do not accept liability for returned packages which are damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap the item/items adequately to prevent damage in transit. We also advise returning the item/items by recorded delivery, for example, Royal Mail “To Be Signed For”.
 
Events beyond our reasonable control:
We will not be held responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these on-line shopping terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
